Ordering your new car
The fastest way to proceed is to contact the sales team on 0800 1380955. Our sales advisors will answer any questions you have to ensure that the vehicle you wish to order fits your exact needs and specification. We will then require a nominal deposit, usually no more than £250, to secure your chosen vehicle. This deposit can either be refunded upon completion of your order or used as a deposit within your finance agreement to help reduce your monthly payment. Once your deposit has been taken a credit application form will be completed and your application will be passed to our finance partners for credit scoring. If your application is successful we will then arrange either collection of your chosen vehicle or send you the relevant paperwork to arrange your delivery. Alternatively you may wish to apply for the vehicle on line; In these cases your details will be passed to a sales advisor who will contact you to confirm your details and take your deposit.
Why do I need to pay a deposit?
In all cases we require an initial deposit to proceed with an application. This deposit secures the vehicle you wish to purchase, preventing any other customer from purchasing the vehicle whilst we secure you the finance (if applicable), and covers the administration costs involved in completing the credit scoring process. All of our deals are available with no deposit and any initial payment taken can be refunded upon completion of your order.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under distance selling legislation you have the right to withdraw for the purchase of a vehicle within seven working days of the date the vehicle was delivered to you. If you wish to cancel you must send, by recorded delivery, notice of your cancellation in writing to our head office at All Brands Car Supermarket, Clarence street, Hull, HU9 1DN, to reach us by the end of the seven working day period after the date of your delivery. In the event that you cancel you are obliged to make the necessary arrangements to return the vehicle to ourselves at your cost. You should contact us in order to ensure the vehicle can be received by ourselves. If you cannot return the vehicle then we will be obliged to recover it and you will be obliged to pay our costs of doing so. Whilst the vehicle is in your possession you are obliged to take reasonable care of it until we receive it back. You are, of course, entitled to a test drive but if you travel anymore than 10 miles then a deterioration charge of £0.40 per mile excess will be made. In addition any significant damage to the vehicle will be charged for. In the event of a cancellation we will refund the money paid within 30 days of receipt of our vehicle.
